Dr. Jimell Roberts, Ph.D.
President & Founder
Dr. Jimell D. Roberts is the President of Acts of Grace Bible College and Theological Seminary and the Founder of Transformation Life Center. Respectively, He’s a recognized Bishop in the Global United Fellowship under Bishop Neil Ellis, The Hampton Roads Ecumenical Council of Bishops and has been certified as a well-respected Overseer of Protocol in various organizations, churches and by many other men of great stature. He’s also a representative of the Ecumenical Counsel of Bishops & Apostolic Leadership (ECOBAL) of the Eastern Region of the United States of America. With over 10 churches under his fellowship, he is a renowned global leader who is known for his powerful preaching and his life-changing prophetic teachings.
Dr. Clinton Hardy
Professor
Professor Hardy is a graduate of Newport News Apprentice School, Engineering Institute of Technology Program, Old Dominion University and Grace Bible College and Seminary. He retired from Huntington Ingalls and BAE Systems as a Mechanical Engineer. Professor Hardy is the Pastor of Deeper Life Shalom Ministries located in Hampton, Virginia and Executive Director of JTC Life Changing Center, Incorporated. He is currently employed as a Subject Matter Expert and Technical Writer for QED Systems and teaches the General Education Development (GED) certification and Biblical Studies for the Associate Degree Program at Acts of Grace Bible College and Theological Seminary in Hampton, Virginia. Professor Hardy has been married to his beautiful bride, Dr. Cecilia W. Hardy for more than 40 years, and a loving father to Emanuel L. Hardy.
Dr. Daniel Carrera

Minister Daniel S. Carrera is a retired US Army Veteran serving more than 20 years of service to his county in an Infantry, Intelligence and Acquisition Military Officer. He holds a Doctorate from Canaan Theological and Seminary Bible College, a Masters in Organizational Leadership from Murray State University, and Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management from Strayer University. He recently received his Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP) certificate through the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP).
Dr. Andre Leaphart

Professor Leaphart is currently a Pastor and founder of Anointed Restoration & Truth (ART) Church which was started in February 2022. Professor Leaphart has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech and Drama (cum laude), Masters of Divinity and a Master of Arts in Education. He has also completed doctoral coursework in Educational Leadership through Argosy University and is currently a student at Liberty University’s Doctorate of Ministry in Pastoral Counseling program. Mr. Leaphart is also well-known as a criminal justice reformer. He is actively using his voice as an instrument of Moral/Social liberation and constructive rage to dismantle over-incarceration of people of Color.
Dr. Victoria Harris

Dr. Victoria Harris is known for her innate ability to encourage, empower and educate people toward professional, spiritual, physical and overall life balance. She is known for her gifted ability to administrate across multiple industries. In addition to over twenty years of ministry and marketplace administrative experience, professionally, she has served two Presidential Terms as the Operations Coordinator for the Presidential Daily Briefing Office of the CIA and currently serves in the Pastoral Ministry and Social Concerns Office of the Catholic Archdiocese of Washington providing Pastoral and archdiocesan wide social support for 3 senior level directors and over 139 parishes with their priest. She is a multi-published author and the CEO of LVH Building and Land Developments and SHE Brands Marketing and Coaching. Dr. Harris is an alumnus of George Mason University and Acts of Grace Bible College and Theological Seminary. She is the Sr. Pastor of Fire House Ministries and along with that honor, her greatest accomplishments are being the wife of Bishop LeVar Harris and mother to Diamonique Williams.

Tiffany F. Wright M.BA

Tiffany F. Wright hails from Newport News, Va. Wright received her Bachelor of Arts from Hampton University and her Master of Music from The Boston Conservatory. She went on to manage and work with the likes of The Fuzz Band, Myra Smith as well as many others in the Hampton Roads area. She also has produced, directed and stage managed shows for the Downing Gross Cultural Arts Center.

Terrell O. Wiggins M. Th

Terrell O. Wiggins is a graduate of Acts of Grace Bible College & Theological Seminary, receiving his Associates in Biblical Studies, Bachelors in Christian Counseling and Masters in Theology. He is currently pursuing his Masters of Divinity from AGBCTS. He currently serves as the Senior Pastor of New Mt. Joy Food for Living Ministry in Suffolk, VA. Mr. Wiggins is also the Assistant Superintendent of the W.P. Wiggins Memorial District of the 2nd Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of Virginia under the leadership of Bishop Michael B. Golden, Jr. He is married to the former Alicia Williams and is the father of one daughter, Miss Averie Wiggins. He has a strong passion for preaching and teaching the word of God and is excited about helping others fulfill their desire to study on a collegiate level.

Dr. Lisa Sampson

Dr. Lisa Sampson holds a Doctor of Ministry from Canaan Theological Seminary, Master's degrees in Christian Education from Virginia Union University STVU; Theology from Friendship and Divinity from Canaan. Bachelor of Arts degree Justice, Public Policy-Legal Studies from NC Wesleyan. Studied Counseling and Human Services and Political Science from Regent and NCCA-PVI working on Ph.D. Certified in Chaplaincy, Temperament Therapy and Paralegal. She is a preacher, teacher and ordained minister. Founder of Chosen Vessels Ministries. Believes in encouraging and empowering people to learn, grow and excel in Him to build the kingdom.
